Returns & Refund Policy

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must be returned in the sealed original package and must be returned in the timeframe specified in our return policy.

Once your return is received and inspected, if it is unopened, undamaged and resaleable, it will be accepted and a refund will be issued. Only the original purchase price will be refunded , excluding the delivery fee via the same method used at checkout. Please allow up to 30 days from receipt of return for processing. 

TIME FRAME FOR RETURNS

US Customers: You may return within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

RETURNS PROCESS

Complete the contact us form with your order number and reason for return. You will subsequently receive instructions ands a return address. Package product securely and use a trackable shipping method so that delivery can be confirmed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs except under special circumstances.

REFUNDS

If your return is accepted, refunds will be made to your original payment method within 5 - 10 business days. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
